How to Advertise in SE Business Directory

Help to fill the SE Business Directory by including your business. Many small businesses have a listing in the Yellow Pages or trade publications. However, unless a person actually goes to these directories they will never find your business.

The aim of the SE Business Directory is to give all small businesses a chance at receiving some of the income that is available through having an internet presence. Everything about this site is aimed at making it available to the new local search features that are being introduced by search engines like Yahoo! and Google - try searching for a business type and postal code area and see what you can find ( e.g. +barber +se13)

This directory is for use by persons of all ages. Only advertising which is suitable for this broad audience will be accepted for publication.

There are 3 levels of advertising available

• Directory listing
• Sponsorship advertising and directory listing
• Own web page, sponsorship advertising and directory listing

Directory Listing

Directory listings are free and are open to all businesses in the south east England area whose business falls within the categories covered on the index page of this site.

Entries to include a physical address and contact telephone number plus mobile phone number and email address if available. To be included in the directory, fill in the form below.

Entries are also invited from anyone who knows a business that they can recommend for inclusion in this directory.

Sponsorship Advertising

There are four levels of advertising:
Top, second, third, random.

Special introductory rates - maximum period, 15 months, payable in advance. Advertising for the first 3 months is free (random position) after which the fees are as follows:

• Top position: £5 per month, listed on a page of your choosing
• Second position £3 per month, listed on a page of your choosing
• Third position £1.50 per month, listed on a page of your choosing
• Random listing, available free for first 3 months, per advertiser.

Please note:  the above rates are an introductory offer only. Rates will rise to match both demand for advertising and the number of visitors received by the site.

Own Web Page

Available to all businesses in south east England whether or not they have an existing web site. It includes a listing in the directory, a random sponsor advertising position, plus a one page web site with content and artwork of your choice including any links to your own web site. This page will be optimized for search engines.

Entry is for a 12 month period and the renewal charge will be the same from year to year.

For a limited time only there are discounted listings and web page design options available. These listings will continue to be discounted for the life of the listing. Available to the first 20 cusotmers only.

To order your discounted listing, please enclose payment of £35.25 with your order. A VAT invoice will be supplied together with your listing for approval.
